Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on business days are processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will ship the next business day.
Shipping Carrier & Methods
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. All peptide orders are packed in insulated boxes with cooling packs to maintain the cold chain during transit. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days within the continental United States.
Free Shipping Over $150
Free standard shipping is included on every order over $150. We use responsible cold-chain delivery — insulated packaging with cooling packs — on every shipment to protect compound integrity in transit.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. This policy is reviewed periodically as we expand our logistics network.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to populate with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number. We'll coordinate with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund. For damaged-on-arrival packages, see Exception: Damaged or Defective Products below.
Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and our cold-chain quality controls, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products. This policy protects the integrity of every compound in our supply chain.
Exception: Damaged or Defective Products
We will issue a replacement or full refund if your product arrives damaged, broken, or materially defective. To qualify:
- Contact us at orders@lumenbased.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with your order number
- Provide clear photographic documentation of the damage or defect
- Do not discard the product or packaging until your claim is resolved
What qualifies. Broken vials, compromised seals, missing items, or product that does not match its Certificate of Analysis. Cosmetic packaging damage (dented box, scuffed label) that does not affect compound integrity does not qualify.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order under the following conditions:
- Within 2 hours of placing the order, OR
- Before a tracking number has been generated — whichever comes first
Once a tracking number is assigned, the order has entered our fulfillment pipeline and cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note:
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
- We do not issue refunds via check, cash, store credit, or alternative payment methods
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

- Independently tested by third-party laboratories
- Shipped with a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA)
- Stored and handled under controlled cold-chain conditions from synthesis to shipment
