Areas of Investigation
Research Applications
Anti-Inflammation
Inflammation Modulation
KPV adds potent NF-κB inhibition and melanocortin receptor-mediated anti-inflammatory activity, targeting skin inflammatory pathways not addressed by the GLOW formula alone.
Healing
Tissue Healing & Regeneration
Four complementary healing mechanisms: GHK-Cu for collagen synthesis, BPC-157 for angiogenesis, TB-500 for cell migration, and KPV for inflammatory pathway suppression.
Immunity
Immune Modulation
KPV activates MC1R in skin cells and is studied for mast cell stabilization, keratinocyte inflammatory response modulation, and skin immune effects.
Regeneration
Skin & Tissue Research
Formulated for advanced dermatological protocols including microneedling and mesotherapy, where KPV's anti-inflammatory properties complement the regenerative activity of the full blend.

Protocol
Storage & Handling
Long-Term Storage
Store lyophilized peptide at −20°C. Under these conditions the product remains stable for up to 24 months from the date of manufacture.
After Reconstitution
Once reconstituted, store at 4°C and use within 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles as this may degrade compound integrity.
Shipping Conditions
All orders ship in insulated packaging with cooling packs to maintain the cold chain during transit. Free on every order, no minimum required.

Frequently Asked Questions
KLOW builds on the GLOW formula (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500) by adding KPV — a potent anti-inflammatory tripeptide derived from alpha-MSH. KPV adds melanocortin receptor-mediated anti-inflammatory and skin comfort properties, making KLOW the preferred formulation for research protocols where inflammatory skin responses are a primary study endpoint.
KPV (Lys-Pro-Val) is a tripeptide representing the C-terminal active sequence of alpha-MSH. It activates melanocortin-1 receptors (MC1R) in skin cells and is studied for NF-κB pathway inhibition, mast cell stabilization, and keratinocyte inflammatory response modulation — contributing anti-inflammatory comfort-focused effects alongside the repair activity of the other three peptides.
GHK-Cu may require initial dissolution in a small volume of 0.6% acetic acid before dilution with bacteriostatic water. All other components dissolve readily in bacteriostatic water. Gently swirl — do not shake. Allow adequate time for complete dissolution.
The color comes from the copper(II) ion in GHK-Cu and is expected, confirming proper copper chelation in the formulation.
All four components are independently verified at ≥98% purity before blending. Current batch confirmed at 99.68% by Apex Analytics Lab. A full COA ships with every order.
